SABAH STATE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP
The Sabah state government offers scholarships to Malaysian citizens who are from the State of Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan given that one of the applicant's parents is born in Sabah or the Federal Territory of Labuan. Applicants of this scholarship can opt to pursue studies at any local higher education institution, including public and private universities. SARAWAK FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP/LOAN
The state of Sarawak offers scholarships and loans to its people. The following is a list of scholarships and loans offered:
Sarawak Tun Taib Foundation Scholarship
Sarawak Tunku Abdul Rahman Scholarship Foundation (YBSTAR)
Medical Program Scholarships
Sarawak Foundation Local Scholarship
Incentive Rewards to Higher Education Institution

Sarawak Higher Education Fund (HiED) Loan
Nonetheless, if you want to apply for a loan, you must apply for PTPTN first. If you fail in the PTPTN application, only then your application for the state government loan will be considered.
Regarding loan repayments, the state government will provide some discount deductions to students if the borrower applies for incentives in addition to making repayments consistently. Those who are qualified can apply for the scholarships offered. Hurry up and apply. Do not miss this opportunity!
FEDERAL TERRITORY FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship is under the Higher Education Scholarship Scheme.It is given to children from low-income families in the Federal Territory to further their studies at Public or Private Institutes of Higher Learning. Johor State Education Scholarships offer the following higher education scholarships:

KEDAH STATE SCHOLARSHIP BOARD STUDY LOANS
The Kedah State Scholarship Board study loan is a financial loan assistance given to students to further their studies at a higher education institution. The loans given are for certificate level to first degree level at educational institutions in the country that are listed in the list of institutions that receive LBNK sponsorship.
Applications must be made on-line through the LBNK website at www.lbnk.gov.my. All students who are furthering their studies at public higher education institutions are eligible to apply while for those who are planning to further studies at private institutions, there are some eligibility requirements set.
