PENANG STATE EDUCATION LOAN
This loan is eligible to be applied by Malaysian citizens who were born or received part of their studies in Penang to further their studies at a local University / Institute of Higher Learning (IPT).
For applicants from Private Institutions of Higher Learning, the course must be approved by MQA (Malaysian Qualification Agency). This loan is offered for Certificate, Diploma, Distance Learning (PJJ) Diploma, First Degree, Distance Learning (PJJ) Degree, Master and PHD levels. KELANTAN STATE EDUCATION LOAN (YAKIN)
Yayasan Kelantan Darulnaim (YAKIN) offers Education Loans for qualified candidates to pursue studies at Local or Overseas Institutions of Higher Learning (IPT) recognized by the Government of Malaysia and approved by YAKIN.
Level of Sponsored Study
First Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Public Institutions of Higher Learning
Degree / Diploma at UNISZA [courses other than Usuludin, Dakwah and Syariah courses]
First Degree Universities / Higher Education Centers recognized by PSD abroad (Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia).
Upon graduation, students can apply to be considered for a repayment exemption of 25% of the loan if they obtain excellent final examination results in accordance with the stipulated conditions. TERENGGANU STATE EDUCATION LOAN
This loan is offered for those born in Terengganu, who wish to further their studies at an institute of higher learning under the sponsorship of the Terengganu Islamic Religious Council.
